Thomas Partey to stay at Arsenal despite Rice arrival says Mikel Arteta
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has made it clear that midfielder Thomas Partey is a crucial player for the team and will not be sold, despite interest from Europe and Saudi Arabia. Arteta's comments come amid speculation that Arsenal are considering the possibility of selling the midfielder after signing Declan Rice, who joined the Gunners some weeks ago.
Partey joined Arsenal from Atletico Madrid in October 2020 and made an immediate impact at the club. The Ghanaian international is known for his physicality, defensive skills, and ability to control the midfield. However, the signing of Rice would not necessarily mean that Partey would be sold.
